Hazmat Shipping:
Fire Extinguishers are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by the Department of Transportation due to the cylinders being under pressure. Carriers will not ship hazmat to a PO Box, so you must provide a physical address when placing your order.

Expedited or Overnight Shipping:
Due to the additional costs and time required for shipping hazardous materials by air, we only ship within the contiguous United States and do not offer air or expedited shipping.

Processing Time:
Orders received before 12 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Orders received after the 12 p.m. cut-off may not be shipped until the next business day. Once your order is processed, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information.

Returns:
We will gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase of any new, unused products. All items must be returned in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. You will prepay all transportation charges for return of product(s).
