The H3R Performance Emergency Replacement Guarantee program offers eligible customers a complimentary replacement fire extinguisher when their H3R Performance extinguisher has been used in a real fire emergency.
Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement:

The fire extinguisher must have been purchased directly from H3RPerformance.com.

The extinguisher must have been used to suppress an actual fire emergency (not for training, demonstration, or accidental discharge).

Customers must submit a completed claim form including:

Original order number from H3RPerformance.com

A brief description of the fire emergency

Photos showing the used extinguisher and, if possible, the scene of the incident

Claim Review

Claims are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of H3R Performance.

H3R Performance reserves the right to request additional information or deny claims that cannot be verified or that do not meet program requirements.

Approved replacements will be of equivalent or comparable model and size, based on product availability.

Only one replacement will be provided per qualifying incident and per original extinguisher purchased.

Replacements issued under this program are not eligible for additional replacement under the Emergency Replacement Guarantee.
Consent for Marketing Use
By submitting a claim, you grant H3R Performance permission to use the information and materials you provide—including your name, photos, and description of the fire incident—for marketing and promotional purposes, such as website features, social media posts, and email campaigns.
You understand that your submission may be edited for clarity or length before publication.
